Copy and paste plagiarism, sometimes called "the mash up," is a common writing error as students begin to include research in their written work.
To encourage students to avoid copying and pasting their research, and instead integrate sources into their own writing, please post the following announcement in your class.

<p>Copying and pasting large amounts of information, even if you cite it, can be considered <a href="http://writingcenter.uagc.edu/plagiarism-guide" target="_blank" rel="noopener">plagiarism</a>.
